He has experience managing complex planning applications and technically challenging builds in constrained and sensitive urban contexts - primarily in London.
Jack brings a unique blend of creative design vision, technical proficiency, and strategic project oversight to property development. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle - from feasibility and planning through to construction and handover.

A ARB-Chartered Architect with a focus on historic and period properties. Operating primarily across Kent working for established practices, Senura has experience delivering high-quality architectural solutions for clients, with GDV values ranging from £1,000,000 to £2,000,000 million.
With expertise in conservation, planning, and the adaptive reuse of listed and heritage buildings, Senura combines design sensitivity with strong local knowledge and planning insight. Recently, Senura has taken an increasingly active role in project management, bringing hands-on oversight and a solutions- oriented mindset to deliver successful outcomes.
